Take notes

The presenter / organizer reviews those messages and addresses them if any issues are shared during a meeting. Practice makes the whole conversation seamless – you don’t have to disturb the administrator during video calls. The good news is that all chat is stored in the channel during the video call.

Microsoft also offers a screen sharing option, which can be incredibly useful in certain situations. When you are having a conversation with hundreds of members in a video call, you may want to share the screen with them to discuss a particular topic in detail.
From the video call screen, tap on the cameo button, and it lets you choose from the many options. You can share the current screen, show PowerPoint presentations, open files from OneDrive or PC, or use the whiteboard feature to draw the subject.
