1. Clear the Google Docs app cache
This solution only works on Android devices. Here’s what to do. Step 1: Open Settings on your phone and go to Apps / Installed apps / App Manager. Step 2: Find the Google Docs app. Tap it.
Step 3: Tap Storage followed by Clear cache. Don’t tap Clear Storage / Data, this is different from clearing the cache.
Repeat the steps for Google Drive. Then start your phone and try to save the Documents file as a PDF.
2. Clear the browser cache

5. First save as Word
Another solution to convert a Documents document to PDF is to save it as a Microsoft Word document (.docx) first and then use Word to convert it to PDF. This method requires Word to be installed on your device. Step 1: Open the Google Docs document on PC and click File> Download As. Select Microsoft Word.
Step 2: Open the newly created Word file in Microsoft Word. Click File> Save As. Select the location where you want to save it.
Step 3: In the Save As dialog box that appears, select PDF under Save as type.
