How To Translate Text Using Gboard in Real-time – Guide
Google launched its Gboard app for iOS in May of last year, and then for Android in December. As the name suggests, Gboard is a keyboard app. Well actually it’s the old Google keyboard renamed to Gboard with some added features features. With Gboard, you can now use the keyboard to search for any information without having to leave your current app and open Google. You can also use the search bar in Gboard to search for GIFs and emojis and send them directly. While this all sounds cool and useful, Google has added a new feature for Gboard for Android beta. It is a text translation. Yes, we have a standalone Google Translate app for all our language translation needs, but again, to translate a language, we need to exit the current app and open Google Translate. Well not anymore, because with built-in text translation feature, you can translate text without leaving your current app. This can be useful if you need to translate your text into another language right away. I do not know how to translate text with Gboard? Well, read on. Once you open an app and Gboard appears, tap on the Google G icon. Once you’ve done that, you’ll see the Google Translate icon. Tap on it and you will see a message from Google.
