View your network with Task Manager
Windows 10 lets you see behind the scenes which applications are using the most network bandwidth. Often you will find automatic downloads, online videos and music recordings up a couple. Step 1. Make sure to turn this off from time to time or you might miss out on critical security and driver updates. Also, keep in mind that automatic Windows app updates and network-shared updates are turned off. For these two reasons, it is often better to turn this on only before a game session. If this doesn’t seem to work, go to Settings> Update & security> Advanced options and make sure the metered connection download setting is turned off.
